Trauma Informed Yoga
 

Trauma informed yoga is a more gentle & supportive approach to a yoga class where students are invited into experiencing an asana practice within a safe space,physically and emotionally. A trauma informed yoga class is designed for every body wherever you may be on your path of life.

 

This will allow for anyone who has experienced challenges to begin flowing with life through a more grounded, heart centered embodiment. There is nothing more that you need to become, just being & breath.

If you are completely new to yoga you will be supported as all are welcome here for group classes or private 1 to 1 sessions.
