SHOP
Payments made for items from Ma Earth Temple shop are due on receipt via accepted credit card or Paypal. Any change to orders must be made within 24 hours by contacting us via the website contact page or maearthtemple@hotmail.com
SHIPPING
Purchases made from Ma Earth Temple shop will be shipped within 1-3 days. If there is a delay in processing your order you will be notified by your preferred method of contact. All items are currently being shipped within Australia & worldwide. This does not currently included Germany at this time due to new enforced shipping laws.
RETURNS
Any items purchased from Ma Earth Temple shop may be returned for refund within 7 days of receiving the item.This excludes any items on sale at the time of purchase.
Damaged items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be repaired or exchanged free of charge.depending on the assessment of each individual case.
