Michelle is a Yoga Alliance Certified RYT 200 Yoga Teacher and Trauma Informed Healing Practitioner,
Her yoga journey began 15 years ago with Ashtanga Mysore learning from traditional authentic Indian teachers. From quite a young age a seed was planted within her heart to begin looking deeply into the root of trauma. She embodies a high level of sensitivity and has the empathic ability to sense and connect with the energies of other people and the realm of spirit quite naturally.
On her journey of self discovery she went through immense transformation after a few encounters with plant medicine. The medicine ceremonies in Costa Rica opened up her abilities more and brought about profound generational healing.
In her sessions she will utilize her strong experience in trauma release & somatic bodywork to hold sacred space in a very deep, gentle and nurturing way that supports your own healing & empowerment.
